A founding partner in the original company that has since evolved to become Riceplex Global. As current President, Tom brings a strong desire to bring nutrition-based solutions to acheiving optimal health to the growing Riceplex customer family. A veteran of the Food & Beverage industry, Tom has a broad range of relationships with respected associates who help bring product concepts to reality. With Business and Archeology degrees from the State University of New York, Tom presides over several other business enterprises, several of which assist in the efforts of Riceplex to become a national leader in simple and effective nutritional solutions to the nations healthcare challenges.
+ Michael Belini, Customer Development Manager
Having joined Riceplex in 2001, Michael has contributed greatly in developing our customer relations program to the strong, focused functioning we have today. With his Food & Beverage marketing background, Michael designs all special offer and promotion opportunities, our wholesale account program, and oversees customer relations and new customer development.
+ Lisa Haines, Customer Relations Manager
Every organization has that person who just seems to keep the whole ship sailing in the right direction. For us, that person is Lisa. Another Food & Beverage veteran, Lisas strong customer relation skills helps to ensure that we make every effort to have each customer experience, one of ease and clarity.
+ Anthony Becker, Warehousing and Shipping
Although he considers himself a back-of-the-house person, we consider Tony the heart-of-the-house. He is responsible for getting all the orders out in the most efficient, cost-effective and quickest manner possible. And just as importantly, Tony makes sure that the raw materials, needed for the smooth, continuing of operations, are delivered with enough time to prevent disruption.

Having joined Riceplex in 2002, Tom has been instrumental in helping us manage all the paperwork that flows through our building. Tom handles almost all the calls made to our order-line, in addition to tracking invoices and accounts receivable. And yes, he is Michaels brother.
