Ingredients: Organic, Sprouted Whole Grain Brown Rice Protein
Concentrate
Available For Just $9.00 per 1 Lb Pouch
Our Rice Protein Concentrate is the first hypoallergenic, complete protein source from sprouted
(germinated), WGBR (whole grain brown rice), available in a 80% protein concentrate level. As a complete protein
(PDCAAS =1) with a balanced amino acid profile and a natural time-release quality, it is by far the most complete
of the vegan protein sources. This product is being used in food grade products as both a highly correlated
replacement for and in conjunction with Soy Protein and Whey Protein, especially in sports nutrition products.
Produced by means of an all-natural, patent pending process, it is coarse grade, beige (light to medium), bland to
sweet taste, suspendable free-flowing and free of foreign material with various coarse mesh sizes. Our Organic Rice
Protein Concentrate is nutritionally complete and rich in essential vitamins and minerals, including thiamin,
riboflavin, niacin, phosphorous, iron and potassium.
Do not be fooled by other rice proteins in the market that suggest they manufacture brown rice protein. A whole
grain of rice has several layers. Every grain miller has to remove the outermost layer, the hull, bran and germ
layer because there are fats in the whole grain of rice that cause the rice kernel to go rancid within 24-48 hours
and once exposed to air by the refining process, are highly susceptible to oxidation and shorten the shelf life of
the rice kernel. Most if not every rice miller must do this in order to transport the rice, whether, it be wild
rice, brown rice, white rice or un-polished rice (Uncle Bens). ---Ours does not.
