The Riceplex 14-Day Challenge

It doesn't always have to take much effort to bring about positive change in your health. We have come up with a very simple plan to follow for one to two weeks which will change your life. We strongly encourage each new employee at Riceplex to try this challenge when they first start. Because it is always successful, we get our staff on a track toward great health, and we grow true believers in our products.
The Challenge is really simple, and that's why it works. You simply do a few things everyday for 14 days. You'll be amazed at how you feel when you complete Day 14.
NOTE: Before initiating the Challenge, or any change in diet or exercise regimine, you are urged to Consult Your Healthcare Practioner

* Drink an 8 oz glass of room temperature water when you wake up. It'll get your digestive system up and running without any stress.

* Utilize your bathroom facilities to empty your colon. (Sorry, that's as nice as we could put it)

* Bathe and/or dress for your day.

* Make a morning smoothie with one Tablespoon of RICEPLEX™ FIBER, one Tablespoon of RICEPLEX™ BERRYLOGIC , 6 ice cubes, 6 ounces of water or fruit juice of your choice, and half of a banana. Blend for one minute on low. Drink slowly. This will be your breakfast (whether you usually have one or not) for the 14 days. It's easily digested so it's easy on your system, and it is packed with nutrients to get you through your morning.

* Drink an 8 oz glass of room temperature water every 2 hours, ALL day. The body needs to stay fully hydrated so it can function correctly. Water helps dilute toxins and aids the body in eliminating them.

* Six hours after your morning smoothie, make a glass of RICEPLEX™ SRB or BERRYLOGIC to drink. (5 ounces of water with one Tablespoon of either powder. This "rice milk" beverage is essentially pre-digested, so again, no drain on your digestive system. It also is nutrient-dense so you boost your nutrient intake mid-day when you likely need it.

* Sometime during the day, anytime that you can fit it in, walk (or do some light exercise) for twenty minutes while taking deep breaths. We are talking about some sort of movement that is in addition to what you normally do.(Perhaps you can opt for the stairs instead of the elevator). Why? Because it will just help keep your lymphatic system flowing.

* Drink another glass of water 15-30 minutes before your dinner.

* For dinner, have something sensible. Half of the food should be fresh and/or steamed vegetables and the other half should be some kind of protein. Skip the carbohydrate component this first week, you don't need the sugar that the carbs will turn into when digested. It's only for a few days, you can do it. And no drinks with dinner! Adding fluids to you stomach, while eating, will dilute the digestive enzymes and dramatically slow down digestion. (And with all the water you've been drinking all day, you'll probably not mind passing. You'll get enough water content for your meal from the vegetables you will be having.)

* You can have a piece of fruit for dessert if you need something sweet, but wait at least 60-90 minutes after your dinner. Let your dinner digest and move out of your stomach before you put something else in it.

And when it comes to eating, remember this proverb:

"When your cup is full, stop pouring"

And That's It! Simple, simple, simple. And yet, remarkably effective. Trust us the 14 days will go by quickly. And after the first couple of days, when you are feeling healthier, you won't mind continuing till the end.

(And then you can celebrate with a Sundae if you want.)

Best of Luck, We Know You Can Do It.
